MISSION STATEMENT
Welcome to the Ventura County Camera Club Web Site. We are located about 60 miles north of Los Angeles, California. We are a group of amateur photographers who meet once a month to develop our skills through critical evaluation of our efforts. Our club members expand their knowledge and advance their craft through exposure to the work of other photographers in the various fields of photography, from lectures, workshops, field trips, and monthly judging. We invite anyone with an interest in photography, regardless of their level of expertise, to come to our meetings, visit with our members, and share ideas in photography. The following pages contain the information you need to join our club and will give you a chance to view some of our best photos.
Whether digital or traditional film, a photographic image is an expression of the photographers vision relaying an emotion of a moment in time. We try to improve our vision and love for the art. If you have a passion for photography, whether you are a beginner or advanced, please feel free to attend one of our meetings. The dates, time and place are listed on this site.
